100 Women is thrilled to announce the launch of the inaugural year of the Outstanding Young Women Award. This annual recognition will be given to a young woman between the ages 25 and 50 who has demonstrated leadership abilities, including involvement in organizations, initiatives or projects that impact the community or their industry.
Recently, a new classification of membership, named 100 Younger Women, was established for women ages 50 and younger. The establishment of the Outstanding Young Woman Award is to acknowledge the many accomplishments of young women and is reflective of the new membership classification and its purpose.

100 Women Lexington is a Women's Donor Group based in Lexington, KY. Our main goal is to support and advocate for nonprofit organizations that take care of women and their children.
Through annual membership contributions, as well as corporate sponsorships, we have been able to raise more than $500,000 in the last 7 years, with 100 percent of donations given directly to nonprofit organizations.
